Huawei has officially launched its flagship foldable smartphone, the Huawei Mate X6, in global markets. This unique product, unveiled at the “Unfold the Classic” event in Dubai, follows last year’s Mate X5 and provides new advances to the foldable smartphone market. The Huawei Mate X6 is priced at AED 7,199 (approx. ₹1,66,000) in the UAE and SAR 7,299 (approx. ₹1,65,000) for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model. Pre-orders are available in select areas through Huawei’s online shop and retail channels.
The worldwide edition comes in three color options: Black, Nebula Gray, and Nebula Red. Meanwhile, China-exclusive variants are available in a variety of colorful colors, including Cosmic Red, Deep Sea Blue, Nebula White, and others.

The Mate X6’s 7.93-inch main OLED foldable screen has a resolution of 2,440×2,240 pixels, redefining display technology. The tablet also has a 6.45-inch quad-curved OLED outside display for easy navigation and multitasking. Both panels are covered in Kunlun Glass and feature adjustable refresh rates ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz, resulting in smooth and efficient performance.
