Delete a Single Tweet from X

This one is pretty straightforward. If you have made a mistake and wish to delete that tweet or post, here’s how you can do it on X’s (formerly Twitter) mobile app and website.

On Android

1. On the X app, tap on your profile icon at the top left.
2. Then select Profile from the sidebar.
3. On your profile page, scroll down and find the post you want to delete.
4. Then tap on the 3-dots icon at the top right of an unwanted tweet.
5. Select Delete post.
6. Tap on Delete in the confirmation pop-up.

On iPhone

1. Inside the X app on an iPhone, tap on your profile picture at the top left.
2. Go to Profile, then on your timeline, scroll down and search for the tweet you want to delete.

Delete All Your Tweets from X

1. Download the Redact app on your preferred platform.
2. Open the app, select Twitter, and then sign in to your Twitter account.
3. Once signed in, select Delete Tweets > Next.

5. In the Date range, select Absolute Date and All time to delete all of your X posts. Then tap on Next at the bottom right.
