WhatsApp rolling out ‘Reaction Preview’ feature for WhatsApp beta Android

WhatsApp is rolling out Reaction Preview feature for WhatsApp beta Android users. The platform has submitted this update through the Google Play Beta Program with this update the current version reaches up to 2.22.16.6. Some users may also get this same features in a previous 2.22.16.5 version as well.

At present the platform is rolling it out only to some select beta testers. The popular messenger and chat support software has been regularly working on new features for the platform. WhatsApp’s Reaction Preview feature

You all know that news on reaction feature has been around from past some time. The company is gradually making more improvements in the feature since it was first introduced. Few days back Mark Zuckerberg made an announcement about upgrading the message reactions feature.

According to the leading WhatsApp news tracker WABetaInfo, the platform is releasing another new feature in this current beta update. At present this feature will reportedly work for some select beta testers while receiving a reaction.

In it’s recent report the news portal has released a screenshot of this feature. As per the reports the company is bringing Reaction Preview feature just within the chats list in this update. In the screenshot you can see that when somebody gives a reaction to any message, a text preview appears in the specific chat.

The report further mentions that this feature will work for individual chats as well as group chats. According to the report you can not disable this reaction text preview. Even if you disable the reaction notification from WhatsApp settings this feature will still work by default.

To check if this feature is activated for your WhatsApp account try sending a reaction to any message. If the text preview shows up within your chat list it means the reaction preview feature is available for your account. As mentioned earlier currently it has been rolled out only to some select beta testers.
