Turn Off Incognito Mode in Google Chrome?

Turn Off Incognito Mode on Mozilla Firefox?

There are specific websites that are more compatible with the Mozilla Firefox browser. If you use it as your default browser and wish to turn off the incognito mode in it, you can use the below steps to do so. In Firefox, the incognito window is known as private browsing instead.

  1. When you are done browsing and wish to close the incognito browser, you can tap the tab icon and click the cross icon against the browser you wish to turn off.

Turn Off Incognito Window in Microsoft Edge?

Alternatively, if you use Microsoft Edge for browsing the internet on your Android device and want to turn off the In Private or Incognito browser there, you can use the below steps.

  1. If you are browsing something on a Microsoft Edge In Private window and wish to close it, you can tap the cross icon.
  2. Alternatively, open the Microsoft Edge browser on your Android device and tap the tab icon from the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Click the InPrivate icon to navigate to those tabs. You can either swipe the tabs left or right to close them or click the cross icon at their top right.
  4. If you wish to close all the Incognito tabs simultaneously, you can click the tab icon.
