On PC:

On Phone:

1. Launch Google Photos on your device. Navigate to its library and then to the bin.

4. Click Delete from the bottom left corner, and in the pop-up select Permanently Delete.
5. If you wish to permanently delete images from a specific month, you can click the tick mark icon at the right of the month and tap Delete. Confirm the deletion by clicking Permanently Delete.
6. If you wish to empty the deleted Trash bin, tap the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the screen and tap empty bin. 

On PC:

1. Open the browser on your PC and go to the official Google Photos website. Go to the Trash bin to access the deleted images.
2. Hover on the image you wish to delete from the bin, tap the tick mark icon, and click Delete from the top Panel to permanently remove the image.
3. If you wish to select multiple images, hover over each of them, tap the tick mark icon, and click the delete button.
4. You can also directly click the Empty Trash button at the top right corner to empty the bin altogether.
