Here are a few simple steps on how you can do it:-
To add voiceover first of all open your Instagram account. Then open your Reels. After this upload your Reels video by pressing the ‘Add’ button displayed on the top right-hand side of your screen.
Next tap on the Music icon on top of your screen. When the app will show a preview of your Reel, tap on the ‘voiceover’ button at the bottom of your screen between music and sound effects. After this tap on the red button and start recording.

Now you can simply slide the cursor over the video clips exactly to the place where you want to add the voiceover. At the end hit the ‘Done’ button just below the record button.
There is one more additional trick you can use while adding a voiceover on your Instagram Reels. You can adjust the volume of your voiceover according to your before finally posting it. When you tap the voiceover the volume-adjusting cursor will be displayed on the screen.
